Topics often include personal assessments, goal setting, technical assistance, and skill-shares. We craft individual skills-based trainings and skill development sessions to share our expertise and experience with individuals looking to increase their personal skill sets.

These individual sessions focus specifically on supporting activists, organizers, facilitators, direct service workers, and other community members around unlearning and healing from internalized oppression and its impacts on individuals, relationships, organizations, and communities.
Technical
Assistance

We are available for “one-off” or short-term technical assistance sessions to address acute issues, answer specific questions, address needs related to issues we are familiar with, or support in developing a long-term plan for addressing larger needs. This can look like compiling resources from the field, making referrals, supporting relationship building with other consultants, and more.
Our Rates

We hold the value of economic justice and seek to create accessible and equitable distribution of resources, while honoring our own labor and needs for compensation.
We create custom proposals for each prospective client, based on scope of work, capacity, and budget. For underfunded groups, grassroots organizations, and individuals, we are open to discussing a variety of alternative options if our proposed rates are inaccessible.
