What we do
We are consultants who utilize trauma-informed facilitation, conflict resolution tools, circle processes, political education, evaluation processes, and resource-sharing to support the transformation of communities and organizations.

We offer trauma-informed, anti-oppression centered facilitation that holds both the needs of the group as well as the goals of the convening.

We offer tailored trainings for groups and organizations looking to increase their practices and capacity for Transformative Justice, Anti-Oppression, Conflict Resolution, and Trauma-Informed Direct Services.

We offer evaluation services to survey the on-going and emerging needs within organizations. We work directly with staff, leadership, and Board to digest and strategize processes forward for transformation and greater impact.

We offer comprehensive support for communities and organizations seeking to engage in their own Transformative Justice processes to intervene on and respond to harm that has occurred. Depending on our relationship to the group, we offer direct facilitation as well as technical assistance and training support to community-based facilitators.
